Returns Process
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) must accompany the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Underwear and Socks: For health and hygiene reasons, once these items have been opened or tried on, they cannot be returned.
- Swimwear: Items such as swim shorts or swimsuits cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed or if they have been worn.
- Personalised Items: Any item that has been customised or personalised (e.g., name embroidery) including items that have been tailored or altered by you is non-returnable unless faulty.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@mmschoolwear.com / 0208 058 7553 to receive a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team. The cost of return is to be borne by the customer, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received as we do not accept any responsibility for returned goods until they have been confirmed as received at our warehouse.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
- If you are exchanging an item, the new item will be shipped to you for an additional cost to cover postage (subject to stock availability).
- In-Store Exchanges: Online purchases can also be exchanged or returned in-store within 30 days, provided you present your receipt, for no additional cost.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund or exchange, including any delivery charges incurred. To initiate this process, please follow the return procedure outlined above, and ensure to include details of the fault or error.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To cancel your order:

- Ensure the items are returned in their original condition, following the return procedure.
