1.2 Products: All items sold on our Site, including but not limited to school uniforms, accessories, and related merchandise.
1.3 Order: A request submitted by the Customer to purchase Products.

3.1 To place an Order, complete the online order form with accurate information.
3.2 All Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of pricing.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse any Order for reasons including, but not limited to: unavailability of Products, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4.2 Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and PayPal.
4.3 Full payment is required before processing your Order.
4.4 Prices may change at any time; however, changes will not affect Orders already confirmed.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability.
5.2 We will make efforts to meet estimated delivery dates but cannot guarantee them.
5.3 Risk of loss and title for Products transfer to you upon delivery.
5.4 If delivery fails due to your error (e.g., incorrect address), we will attempt to re-deliver at your cost.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 You have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days of receiving the Products, provided they are in original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
6.2 To initiate a return, contact our customer service at sales@mmschoolwear.com to obtain a Return Authorisation.
6.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned Products, excluding shipping costs.
6.4 Custom or personalised Products are non-returnable unless faulty.

7.1 All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sajams Ltd t/a MM Schoolwear or its licensors, protected by UK and international copyright laws.
7.2 No content may be reproduced, distributed, or altered without our express written permission.

8.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant Products.
